Hearts a Flutter Sneak Peak

Hey Stampers,

Merry Christmas !! I hope you all had a great day yesterday. We had a lovely day; opening presents, having a yummy breakfast (one I found on pinterest, Overnight Strata ... it was delish), visiting family, having family visit us, and cooking a great big turkey for supper. A fabulous day if I do say so myself ! But today will be all about relaxing. My mom goes back home today, so after she leaves I will try to fit in a bit of stamping maybe ! The card I have to show you today is another sneak peak from the Spring Catalogue. I really love the new More Amore Suite from this catalogue. I used the DSP as a color inspiration for this card, but I didn't actually use any of the paper LOL. I really love the combo of Real Red, Pool Party, Primrose Petals, Pink Pirouette and Basic Black that they use in the DSP. I did use the great Hearts a Flutter Bundle though ! The stamp set and matching framelits are SO great. And when you buy them as a bundle, you get a savings of 15% !! Awesome !! Why don't you take a look for yourself !?!

Isn't that so nice ?? Those 3 banner images are from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and matching framelits. I see LOTS of great banner projects in my future !! They are so easy to use and beautiful. I stamped the banners and the Primrose Petals heart on scraps of coloured cardstock and ran them through my Big Shot. I then took a piece of 3-3/4" by 5" Very Vanilla cardstock and stamped the beautiful sentiment from the Feel Goods stamp set (also new and FULL of beautiful verses) in Primrose Petals ink. I also stamped that fun sketched look heart in Jet Black StazOn ink. Then I layered the Very Vanilla onto a piece of Pool Party. I love they way these banners look draped across the corner of the card. I popped up all of the pieces on Dimensionals and then used some black and white bakers twine (non SU) for the bows in the corners. They got attached with some mini Glue Dots. Then it was just to embellish !

See that GREAT BIG rhinestone on the Pink Pirouette banner ?? Thats also a sneak peek from the Spring Catalogue. Isn't it delicious ?? Mega bling !! I also used the Vintage Faceted Buttons, Brights Designer Buttons and Subtles Designer Buttons. A Basic Rhinestone in the middle of each of them adds the perfect sparkly touch, don't you think ?? A card base of Primrose Petals finishes off this stunning card. I really like how it turned out ! Perfect card for a birthday or just thinking of you. And changing up the sentiment would make it a great Valentine's Day card as well !!

Thats it for today !! Thanks a lot for dropping by today. I am off to enjoy Boxing Day with my family !! Have a great day and Happy Stamping !!
