Daydream Medallion Wreath

Hey Stampers,

I love Sundays. Even though its a sign that the too short weekend is coming to an end (and the fact that I worked yesterday doesn't help that feeling either); I always love the feel of a Sunday. My hubby had to do a bit or work this morning with some friends, and my sister-in-law and dad took JAckson to church ... so I had the whole morning to myself !! I did do quite a bit of housework, but I also did a bit of stamping !! I am still in the process of doing my Christmas cards ... so thats what I decided to do this morning. Take a look at what I came up with !!

Isn't that cool ?!? I keep finding more and more uses for the beautiful Daydream Medallions stamp set and matching Floral Frames framelits. I inked up the images for the wreath in Garden Green (love that rich Christmassy green color) and stamped it onto Garden Green cardstock. I then die cut the images with the Floral Frames framelits and my Big Shot. I punched a circle in the smaller image with my 1-3/4" Circle punch. The bigger image was too big to fit into the punch, so I traced the punched out circle onto the centre with a pencil and cut out with my Paper Snips. The edges didn't have to be perfect because the smaller die cut would cover it up. Thats good !! Hahaha. I then layered the smaller onto the larger with dimensionals.

The bow was made with the 1/2" Cherry Cobbler Scallop Dots ribbon. Then a few rhinestones and the wreath was finished !! I ran my white layer through the Big Shot with the Framed Tulips embossing folder. The sentiment is from the Petite Pairs stamp set and is stamped in Garden Green ink. Then it was all put on a Cherry Cobbler card base. So easy and beautiful !!

I hope you enjoyed my Christmas Card today !! I think it turned out great. Hope you will come back again soon and Happy Stamping !!
